SayItPerfect ("we," "us") provides AI-generated personalized wedding vows, toasts, and related speeches based on the details you share through our website. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
Your speech is generated by a large language model — what most people would call AI. The output is shaped by the specific details you provide, and we've built our prompts to make the writing sound human, not robotic. But it is AI-generated, and we want to be upfront about that.
Because the output is generated, two customers with similar inputs may receive different drafts. The AI may also occasionally produce phrasing that doesn't quite fit you — that's why our refund policy exists.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your credit card information.
You are charged once, at the time of purchase, for the package you select (Starter, Standard, or Premium). There are no subscription charges and no auto-renewals.

To request a refund, email hello@sayitperfect.org within 48 hours of your initial purchase. Please include:
— The email address you used to place the order
— A brief note about what didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Requests made after the 48-hour window may not be honored — once you've had a couple of days to review the draft and (often) use it at your event, we consider the order complete.
You own the speech we generate for you. Use it, edit it, print it, post it, frame it. We don't republish your content, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models.
That said, the underlying SayItPerfect service, prompts, and software remain our property.
Don't use SayItPerfect to harass, defame, deceive, or impersonate anyone. Don't input content that violates laws or describes illegal activity. Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service or refund-and-cancel orders that violate these terms.
The personal details you provide — names, stories, memories — go directly to the AI to generate your speech and into the email we send you. We don't sell your data. We don't share your stories with anyone. After 90 days, we delete your order details from our systems.
Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and Resend (our email service) process limited data on our behalf to deliver your order. Both are reputable providers with their own privacy commitments.
The service is provided "as-is." We do our best to deliver thoughtful, well-written speeches, but we can't guarantee that any specific speech will satisfy every audience, religious tradition, or family dynamic. The most we'll ever owe you is a refund of what you paid.
SayItPerfect is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages stemming from use of the service, including lost time, missed events, or family disagreements.
We may update these terms occasionally — when we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be noted on our homepage for a reasonable period.
